Yes, please give us a call or email if you're planning to arrive after 8pm.
Do you have undercover parking?
Yes, we have undercover, secure parking which is included for all reservations.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at The Grand Motel are non-smoking.
Do you have house keeping service for long stay?
House keeping service is provided daily or weekly as required, excludes Sundays and Public Holidays.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, we don't have a restaurant. However, we are located in the the main street of the shopping strip of Griffith, there are many famous restaurants within 150 metres walking distance.
Do you have room service?
We do not have on-site restaurant facilities, but we have arrangements with a number of restaurants in town that will deliver high quality meals directly to guest rooms.
Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes, We have wireless internet available in the guest room and also in the reception area as well. We also provide free unlimited broadband internet to all rooms, with Ethernet cables available from reception.
How close are you to the shops?
We are located in the main street within walking distance to retail shopping, supermarkets, chemist, newsagents, service station, and only a 2 minute drive from Griffith Central, Griffin Plaza and Griffith City cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.
How close are you to restaurants?
We are located directly across the street from the famed La Scala restaurant, and within very easy walking distance to a number of other cuisines including Thai, Indian, Chinese, and Italian. We are also within 2-5 minutes by car of a number of fast food outlets including McDonalds, KFC, and Hungry Jacks. For our guest’s convenience, The Grand provides chargeback arrangements to a number of restaurants and cafes in town. For more details, please see reception.
Do you have Foxtel?
Yes, we have select channels available in all rooms.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours for phone booking or 48 hours for internet booking prior to check in date and time. For long weekends, festival weekends and group booking, cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date. For cancellations received within this time, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
How do I guarantee by booking?
Credit card details are required to secure room bookings. For extended bookings or large group bookings, a deposit may be requested at the discretion of The Grand management.
Do you have a gym?
Yes, all in house guests have free access to the in-house gym.
